By accessing the website, creating an account, or using the services of AI IDEA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

AI IDEA provides:

• Digital employees — the development and management of Agentic AI workflows for companies.
• Enhanced employees — learning and mentoring programs that help individuals work more effectively with AI.

Some features are still in development (prototype) and may be changed, extended, or discontinued at any time.

• Learning accounts (individuals) can be created by the user with a Google account, or with an email address and password for email addresses other than Gmail.
• Company and admin accounts are created only by invitation from AI IDEA.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your password and account access confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Each account is for one person only and may not be transferred.

When using the services, you may not:

• Violate the laws of the Republic of Indonesia or the rights of others.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
• Disrupt, overload, or compromise the security and availability of the services.
• Copy, resell, or distribute learning materials without written permission.
• Use the services to create or distribute deceptive, harmful, or unlawful content.

The learning materials, videos, designs, logos, and software of AI IDEA are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of AI IDEA or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for personal purposes or for your company’s internal purposes. The data and content you submit remain yours.

Prices, scope, and payment terms for paid services are set out in a separate quotation, invoice, or agreement. Where they differ, the terms of that separate agreement apply.

Our services connect to third-party services such as Google, Supabase, and Vercel, as well as the tools used in workflows. Your use of those services is also subject to each provider’s terms.

The services are provided “as is”. We strive to keep the services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that they will be free of interruptions or errors. Output created with the help of AI should be reviewed before it is used for important decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, AI IDEA is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the services. Job-readiness scores and company information in the dashboard are indicative and do not guarantee employment.

You may stop using the services and request the deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be settled amicably through deliberation wherever possible.

We may update these Terms & Conditions. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent update. By continuing to use the services after a change, you are deemed to accept the latest version.
